Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email (check your spam folder or use the search function if you cannot locate it). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once transferred to the carrier, Designs by Kibbie, LLC is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping information and email are correct prior to payment!

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, all orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase. For security and processing purposes, address changes submitted via email, text, Facebook, or Instagram cannot be accepted. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

🚚 Shipping Carriers & Transit

Once your order is complete and leaves our production facility, it will be shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Estimated transit times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

• Transit time is in addition to production time.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note that the carrier provides shipping estimates, which are not guaranteed, and delays can occur due to road conditions, weather, or holidays.

📦❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

Designs by Kibbie, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us at dbkcreates@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you!

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your item, please follow these care instructions carefully:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing

• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

• Use mild detergent only

• Do not bleach

• Lay flat to dry for best results

• Do not iron directly on the embroidery or printed design

• Do not dry clean unless otherwise specified

If wrinkles are visible after the garment is dry, carefully cover the garment design with a cotton cloth and iron on the lowest setting for 10-15 seconds at a time until the wrinkles vanish. Avoid any steam or water functions.

Failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage to the item. Designs by Kibbie, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

We’re happy to embroider your own garments or items! If you choose to provide your own product for custom embroidery, please note the following:

• You may send us your own item for embroidery customization — just email us at dbkcreates@gmail.com with photos of the item and your design details before sending it. A custom quote can be generated.

• Please choose items that are embroidery-friendly (like cotton shirts, canvas bags, jackets, etc.). If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help guide you!

• Our equipment and processes are calibrated for a wide range of materials, but machine embroidery involves needles, tension, stabilizers, and trims that can occasionally stress fabrics or construction.

• Designs By Kibbie is not responsible for any damage to customer-provided items during the embroidery process — including tearing, puckering, fabric distortion, or seam issues.

• We cannot offer replacements, refunds, or reimbursements for damage to items you supply. If you have questions about whether your item is a good candidate for embroidery, just reach out before sending it — we’re always glad to help!
