How long is the turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on design complexity, product type, and current production volume. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed for production and quality checking. This timeline ensures careful attention to detail and superior finished products with safe packaging. If you need your order by a specific date, please factor this into your order timing or message me before placing your order.

Can I rush my order?
Rush or expedited production may be available on a case-by-case basis. If you have a deadline (event, holiday, teacher gift, etc.), send us a message before ordering to confirm availability and any additional fees.

Can I order multiple designs on one order?
Yes! You may combine multiple items in one order. Please double-check personalization fields for each item to make sure all details are correct before checkout.

How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).
I highly recommend creating an account. If you created an account or log in, you can also view your order history and status under My Orders.

What personalization options are available?
Most products allow custom text, thread color, placement, and size options (when applicable).
Fill in the personalization fields on the product page. If you have a special request or logo file, message us via the Custom Orders page, and I will guide you through it.

Can I reorder something I’ve purchased before?
Yes! Once logged in, visit My Orders to view past orders and easily reorder the same item.

What if I don’t see my size or color option?
If a specific size, color, or product variant isn’t listed, it may be out of stock or not available for that style. Send me a message, and I’ll check availability or offer suggestions.

What is your shipping policy?
Domestic shipping time is dependent on the carrier selected at checkout. All orders are shipped with tracking. Please note shipping times are in addition to turnaround times and can be delayed due to weather or carrier issues that Designs by Kibbie cannot control. Factor that into your needs when ordering. There is a Policies and Shipping link from the menu on the homepage which will answer most questions. By ordering, you agree that you read and acknowledge the shipping and return policies.
