🧵 Production Times
All items are made to order. Because each item is personalized and handcrafted, production timelines vary based on design complexity, product type, and current order volume.
Standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the time your order is placed.
Please plan accordingly if you need your order by a specific date. Production timelines do not include shipping transit time.
Rush or expedited production may be available for an additional fee — contact us before placing your order if you have a deadline.
📦 Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with Designs by Kibbie! We strive to deliver your custom embroidered, sewn, and printed products with care, quality, and transparency. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx using PirateShip. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email (check your spam folder or use the search function if you cannot locate it). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once transferred to the carrier, Designs by Kibbie, LLC is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping information and email are correct prior to payment!
📍 Shipping Address
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, all orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase. For security and processing purposes, address changes submitted via email, text, Facebook, or Instagram cannot be accepted. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
🌎 International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally. If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional duties, taxes, and customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
🚚 Shipping Carriers & Transit
Once your order is complete and leaves our production facility, it will be shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

📦 Order Tracking
To easily track your order and manage reorders, we recommend creating a customer account at checkout.
Your information is used only for order processing, communication, and account access and is never sold or shared.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please be sure to enter a valid email address at checkout to ensure you receive updates.
If you created an account, you may also view your order status and history anytime by logging in and visiting My Orders.
📦❗ Lost or Damaged Packages
Designs by Kibbie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us at dbkcreates@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Designs by Kibbie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and submitting accurate personalization details at checkout. Designs by Kibbie, LLC is not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, colors, or other customization details provided by the customer.

Customer-supplied Items
Use of Customer-Supplied Products
Designs by Kibbie offers embroidery services on customer-provided garments and items upon prior approval. Customers must contact dbkcreates@gmail.com before sending any item to confirm eligibility for embroidery and to receive shipping instructions.
Condition & Suitability of Items
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that supplied items are new, clean, and suitable for embroidery. Certain fabrics, materials, seams, linings, or pre-existing wear may not withstand the embroidery process. Designs by Kibbie reserves the right to decline any item deemed unsuitable.
Risk Acknowledgment
By submitting a personal item for embroidery, the customer acknowledges and accepts that machine embroidery involves needles, thread tension, stabilizers, hooping pressure, trimming, and handling that may place stress on fabrics and construction.
Liability Disclaimer
Designs by Kibbie is not liable for damage to customer-provided items during any stage of the embroidery process, including but not limited to:

Fabric tearing or punctures

Thread breaks or pulls

Puckering or distortion

Seam separation

Hoop marks or impressions

Damage caused by structural weakness or fabric composition
No Replacement or Reimbursement
Designs by Kibbie does not replace, reimburse, or compensate for customer-supplied items that become damaged during production. Submission of an item constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending their item to and from Designs by Kibbie. Designs by Kibbie is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Policy Acceptance
Sending an item for customization confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
❌Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations, changes, or refunds are no longer possible due to the custom nature of our products.
